Jim discusses what effect will the health care proposal, if it passes, do to various tort actions against insurance companies and the government. Jim also discusses various tort reform in general.

The Host, Hugh Hewitt, is a columnist for the Washington Examiner and Townhall and the author of dozens of books. In addition to the show, Hugh practices law – endangered species/natural resources and teaches ConLaw at Chapman University Law School.

The radio show is heard in 15 of the top 20 markets including New York, Chicago and Los Angeles and 100 more nationwide. The show began its 10th year last month and has a weekly audience of about 2 million listeners. Regular guests include national elected officials, DC columnists and analysts.
