Novartis AG has agreed to a $99 million settlement for a class action that claimed the company denied its employees overtime pay.
According to the Associated Press, the settlement compensates about 7,600 current and former sales representatives of the U.S. division of Novartis AG. Claims brought against the company date back to 2000 and claim the company owed employees for overtime hours that were worked outside of the normal business day.
