Who to Contact When You Have a Question or Additional Information to Provide

Call Sokolove Law, LLC Client Services Department When:

  • Your contact information has changed; new address, phone number, or email address.
  • The primary contact person for the case, if other than the client, has changed.
  • You are unhappy with the service provided by the lead attorney and/or paralegal assigned to your case.
  • You cannot find your lead attorney's phone number.
  • You are unsure as to which office to call based on your issue.

Call the Lead Attorney on Your Case When:

  • You have specific questions regarding your case.
  • You want to provide additional information or updates that may affect your case.
  • You are responding to correspondence from your attorney.
  • You would like a status update on your case.
