What are some other birth injuries?
In addition to Erb’s Palsy (Brachial Plexus Palsy) and cerebral palsy, there are other, birth injuries that can happen during childbirth.
Sometimes forceps or a vacuum are used to assist in the vaginal delivery of an infant. The use of these instruments carries risk of injury to the baby, especially if they are not used properly. These injuries include:

- Brain swelling
