Rust-Oleum Class-Action Claims

Rust-Oleum Restore products were intended to provide “[s]uperior coverage” and “long-lasting protection” for decks and other wooden surfaces. However, numerous product users have been dissatisfied with the performance of the Restore products.

It has come to our attention that the makers of Rust-Oleum may have misrepresented the quality of the Restore line of products. This is unacceptable — people may spend hundreds of dollars on these stains/paints, only to have the finish peel or flake off shortly after using the product(s).

There is reason to believe that Rust-Oleum Corporation knew of their products’ alleged deficiencies since the company has faced similar lawsuits regarding its Restore products in the past.
