By sending any SMS text message to Sokolove Law whether by short code or otherwise and/or by otherwise indicating your agreement to receive SMS text messages from Sokolove Law, you consent to receive automated and/or non-automated text messages from Sokolove Law regarding your potential legal claim, active legal claim and/or other Sokolove Law services.

You may retain our services without consenting to SMS text messaging.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After the unsubscribed confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you had previously, and we may start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
