CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Sokolove Law announced that Managing Attorney Ricky LeBlanc has expanded his involvement with the American Association for Justice (AAJ) through participation in several sections and litigation groups focused on asbestos, toxic exposure, pharmaceutical and medical device, and product liability litigation.
AAJ is the world's largest trial bar organization dedicated to promoting a fair and effective civil justice system. Its specialized sections and litigation groups enable attorneys to collaborate on emerging legal issues, exchange litigation strategies, and stay informed on evolving scientific and legal developments.
As part of his expanded participation, LeBlanc is a member of the:
- AAJ Asbestos Litigation Group, focused on asbestos and mesothelioma litigation.
- AAJ Environmental and Toxic Torts Section, including litigation groups focused on PFAS, Camp Lejeune water contamination, and chemical hair relaxer litigation.
- AAJ Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Section, including litigation groups addressing CPAP devices, Depo-Provera, GLP-1 medications, Kratom, and Suboxone litigation.
- AAJ Products Liability Section, including litigation groups focused on gaming addiction and infant formula litigation.
