When someone is denied disability benefits, it often comes at the worst possible time — right after a serious injury or illness has already upended their life.
Nick understands how overwhelming a denial can be. He handles every step of the legal process for his clients, so they can focus on their health and well-being.
When he takes on a case, Nick and his team:
- Gather medical records, work history, and other evidence to build a strong case
- File an appeal before any applicable deadlines
- Represent clients throughout the appeals process, communicating directly with insurers or the Social Security Administration
- File a lawsuit if the appeal is unsuccessful
Since joining Sokolove Law in 2008, Nick has helped countless clients secure the benefits they need. He believes that with the right preparation and support, even the most frustrating denials can be turned around.
