When someone's disability claim is denied, it may be because their paperwork was incomplete, the medical evidence wasn’t presented clearly, or the insurance company was simply looking to protect their bottom line.
Ken works to untangle these issues, gathering the right medical records, coordinating with doctors, and building the strongest possible case for appeal.
For many families, a denied claim means more than a brief setback — it can mean missed mortgage payments, unpaid medical bills, or the inability to afford basic care. Ken understands that urgency, and he moves quickly to help clients get back on solid ground.
