Gregg has focused on disability claims for more than 30 years. When a claim is denied, he handles the appeal and works with the client to strengthen the record. If the case goes to a hearing, he represents the client before an administrative law judge.

Over the years, Gregg has worked with clients living with serious illnesses that have left them unable to work, including multiple sclerosis. He prides himself on representing every client as if they were a member of his own family.

Background & Education

In 1981, Gregg graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland with a degree in physical sciences. He went on to serve as a U.S. Navy officer until 1986.

While earning his J.D. at Rutgers Law School, Gregg worked as a law clerk for a New Jersey Superior Court judge. After law school, he worked at two New Jersey law firms handling civil and administrative cases before opening his own disability practice in 1995.

Gregg has also shared his experience with other disability attorneys. Previously, he spoke at National Business Institute seminars in Princeton and elsewhere in New Jersey on handling Social Security cases, helping fellow lawyers understand how these claims work.

His commitment to the disability community extends beyond his clients. He has served as a trustee for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the MOCEANS Center for Independent Living honored him for his service as a disability advocate
