Richard handles claims involving:
Richard also helps injured clients secure the benefits they’re entitled to, including workers’ compensation and disability benefits after a claim denial, so they have the financial resources they need to move forward.
Richard handles every part of a legal claim for his clients, from gathering medical records and other evidence to negotiating with insurers and, when needed, preparing the claim for trial.
He is known for being thorough and detail-oriented, and he communicates clearly with clients about their options, what to expect, and how long the process may take.
