Coming from a family of nurses — her mother, aunt, and sister — Andi always knew what she wanted to devote her life to. Their passion and compassion, along with her desire to set a strong example for her child, became the foundation of Andi’s nursing career.
"Our support and advocacy help birth injury patients and their families remain hopeful for a better future."

For nearly 20 years, Andi has specialized in nursing for women and children’s health. Her experience ranges from inpatient obstetrics and electronic fetal monitoring to obstetrical and neonatal quality and safety, something that helps her recognize when families may not have received the standard of care they deserve.
"Supporting birth injury clients requires empathy, advocacy, and a deep understanding of how medical malpractice and negligence can affect a family," Andi said. "We help families navigate the complexities of care and justice. They don't have to face this alone."
Today, Andi draws upon this knowledge to support and educate families affected by birth injuries like cerebral palsy. After traveling the country, she has seen a variety of different cultures and practices, providing her with additional insight into what families may have experienced.
"Many children with birth injuries can make significant strides in their development and quality of life," she said. "Having compassionate health care professionals and legal experts can empower families to navigate challenges, seek justice, and secure resources for long-term care."
