Arthur knows how quickly a workers’ compensation claim can get complicated. Insurers may deny or delay a claim, dispute what medical treatment is necessary, or question how the injury happened.

Even when a claim is accepted, disagreements can come up over how long benefits should last and how much an injury limits someone’s ability to earn a living.

With more than 40 years of experience, Arthur knows the tactics insurers use to limit what they pay. He challenges denials, pushes back on disputed medical treatment, and fights for the full benefits his clients are owed, so they can focus on their health.

The State Bar of Arizona has recognized Arthur as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law since 1999, a designation awarded only after attorneys meet several qualification requirements and are independently verified to have extensive experience with the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Act.

In recent years, Art has shifted his practice to focus on veterans benefits law, helping veterans and their families pursue the benefits they may qualify for.
