Charles represents people who have suffered an unexpected injury because of someone else’s negligence, whether an individual or a company, and helps them pursue compensation from the responsible parties.

He builds each case by investigating the cause of the injury and gathering the records and evidence needed to establish liability. Charles also documents the full impact of the injury on the client, including medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

From there, Charles negotiates with the defendants to reach a settlement or, when necessary, presents the case at trial.
