Before turning his focus to mesothelioma litigation, Jonathan spent time as an assistant district attorney in the Appeals Bureau of the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. He also served as an appellate court attorney for the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
This background gives Jonathan a sharp eye for the legal strategy behind a case, which he uses to hold asbestos-related companies accountable for concealing the dangers of their products from the public.
While every case requires careful preparation, Jonathan never loses sight of the people at the center of it. He is committed to helping families navigate one of the most difficult times in their lives with compassion, clear communication, and dedicated advocacy.
“The people I represent are at the heart of everything I do,” said Jonathan. “Their experiences motivate me to continue fighting back against these negligent corporations.”
Jonathan’s dedication to helping others is also reflected in his extensive volunteer and advocacy work with organizations like New York Lawyers for the Public Interest (NYLPI), Mental Hygiene Legal Services, and La Cosecha Community Center.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from City University of New York School of Law, where he was the Executive Articles Editor of the CUNY Law Review. He is a member of the New York bar.
Jonathan looks forward to hearing your story and helping your family pursue the compensation they deserve.
