Ramona represents clients in disability denial claims, handling every stage of the appeals process from the initial filing through a potential hearing. She is known for staying with difficult claims through to resolution, regardless of how long the process takes.
Her approach centers on building a strong evidentiary record. Ramona gathers the medical and employment documentation needed to show that a client’s condition meets the legal definition of disability, and she manages the filing process so clients aren’t burdened with it.
She takes time to understand how a client’s health condition affects their daily life, and she treats every person she represents with respect.
