Catastrophic Injury

Sokolove Law may be able to help if you have experienced a catastrophic injury. A catastrophic injury often occurs unexpectedly and results in permanent disabilities or death. The severe trauma such an injury inflicts is often irreversible including: amputation, brain injury, head trauma, neck injury, paralysis, severe burns, and spinal cord injuries. No matter how you or a loved one was injured, we want to help you.

If you do not see the workplace injury you or your loved one has suffered, we can still determine if you have a case. Submit the form on this page, and we’ll let you know if you have a case and if we can represent you.
