A disability claim often comes down to proof. Robert works closely with treating doctors and mental health professionals to document how a condition limits a client’s ability to work, and he has spent decades learning how to present that evidence clearly.

Over his nearly 50 years of experience practicing law, Robert has developed his own system for proving disability. He has gone on to train other disability lawyers on this method at national and multi-state conferences.

Throughout his career, Robert has secured more than $200 Million in disability benefits for his clients. This figure reflects his careful preparation of each claim and his commitment to the people he represents.
